Biography: Dr. David Lee specializes in hand and upper extremity surgery. He chose orthopedic surgery because, by studying and mastering the incredible complex anatomy of the musculoskeletal system, he could help people return to their normal form and function. His goal as an orthopedist is to get patients back to doing the activities they love and to help them live pain-free. We have many treatments options to offer patients, including therapy, injections, and surgery, if needed. Most of all, Dr. Lee looks forward to forming meaningful relationships with his patients, answering their questions, and involving them in shared decision making. In his free time, Dr. Lee enjoys traveling with his wife, hiking, running, and cycling.

His expertise extends to all types of cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine care ranging from acute conditions to degenerative conditions and complex revisions to unsuccessful prior surgeries. His dedication to returning his patients back to their lifestyles safely and effectively has him using the latest techniques in spinal reconstruction as well advanced skills in minimally invasive and motion-preserving surgery. His most recent breakthrough in spinal health care was the first robot-guided surgery in the mid-Atlantic region. In addition to the latest techniques in spinal reconstruction, Dr. Good is also advanced in minimally-invasive and motion-preserving surgery.

Biography: Dr. Rishi Gogineni is a board certified, fellowship trained Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in hip and knee replacements. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He utilizes modern techniques in his surgical practice including anterior approach total hip replacements, muscle-sparing total knee replacements, and robotic surgery for accurate implant placement. He is experienced in and has published research on outpatient joint replacement with same day discharge to home. For patients who may not be ready for surgery yet, he offers non-surgical arthritis treatments. He is happy to see patients for second opinions or consultations. Dr. Gogineni lives in Loudoun County with his wife and four kids and their chocolate lab.

His dedication to advancing spinal health care has him actively participating in clinical trials and studies. He was one of the first in the region to use the MetRx MIS system for lumbar and cervical surgery, the DLIF/XLIF approach for spinal fusion and deformity work, the Vertebroplasty and Kyphoplasty procedures for spinal fractures, the IDET procedure for low back pain, and the ProDisc artificial disc.
