Care Philosophy: Constance Katsafanas, D.O., is a University of Florida assistant professor of neurology and a neurologist at the UF Health Neuroscience Institute in Jacksonville specializing in stroke, cerebrovascular disease and multiple sclerosis. She also serves as program director of the Neurology Residency, associate program director of the Vascular Neurology Fellowship and is associate clerkship director. He was also team physician for many of the sports, including football, hockey, soccer, gymnastics and wrestling. After completing his fellowship, he was hired to join the faculty at the University of Michigan Department of Orthopaedic Surgery in the division of Sports Medicine. He also served at the Head Team Physician for Eastern Michigan University Football and the athletic department. He currently serves as the head Team Orthopedic Surgeon for Florida Atlantic University Football and Lynn University.
