Biography: Tammy J. Taylor, DO is board certified in pediatric medicine. Biography: Irina A. Gendler, MD is a board certified family medicine physician who earned her medical degree from Novosibirsk State Medical University, Novosibirsk, Russia. Biography: James J. Klosterman, MD joined Premier Orthopedics in 1997 after fulfilling his service commitment in the United States Air Force. He is a graduate of the University of Dayton and the Cincinnati College of Medicine, and completed his residency in Orthopaedic Medicine at the Medical College of Virginia. Biography: Eric Fester, MD graduated from the United State Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO. He attended medical school at The Uniformed Services University of Health Services in Bethesda, MD. Dr. Fester completed his internship at David Grant Medical Center at Travis Air Force Base, CA and his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Wilford Hall Medical Center at Lackland Air Force Base, TX.
