Biography: Thomas Dixon, MD is a graduate of Kent State University and Wright State University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Family Practice at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton. Dr. Dixon is certified in Family Practice by the American Board of Family Physicians. He has been with South Dayton Family Physicians since 2000. Dr. Dixon is a Credentialed ImPACT® Consultant trained in treating concussions as well as administering and interpreting the ImPACT® test.

Dr. Davis completed an adult reconstruction fellowship at the Southern Joint Replacement Institute in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Davis specializes in orthopedic surgery. Raab, MD received his undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Notre Dame (1985), and his medical degree from the University of Illinois, Chicago (1989). He completed his residency training in orthopedic surgery at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, Springfield, in 1994, and received the Outstanding Surgical Resident Teaching award. Dr. Raab then served as an orthopedic surgeon at Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Ft. Gordon, GA, providing a wide range of general orthopedic surgery services, including trauma and fracture care;sports injuries;total joint replacement; shoulder, hand and elbow surgery; and hip, knee, and ankle surgery.
