Biography: Jehad Al-Masri, MD, MSc, is a graduate of Damascus University-Faculty of Medicine in Damascus, Syria. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Piedmont Athens Regional - Augusta University/University of Georgia (AU/UGA) in Athens, GA. He went on to complete a fellowship in Hematology and Oncology at the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, OH. Dr. Al-Masri is board certified in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Oncology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He continued his education with a Master of Science in Clinical and Translational Science from Mayo Graduate School in Rochester, MN, where he also served as Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Evidence-based Practice Center at Mayo Clinic. Committed to staying at the forefront of his field, Dr. Al-Masri has authored over 40 publications in prestigious journals, including JAMA Oncology and Blood. Read his publications.
