Biography: Leelmohan Ravikumar, MD graduated from Ross University School of Medicine, North Brunswick, New Jersey in 2009. Dr. Ravikumar completed his residency in family medicine at Clinton Memorial Hospital/University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in 2013. Dr. Ravikumar is board certified in family medicine. She received her Associate of Applied Science Degree in Nursing from Lake Region State College in Devils Lake, ND in 2008. Rachael is certified as an Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She has been a registered nurse since 2008.
