Biography: Dr. Mohamad Jibawi, MD pursued his education in Medicine at Waubonsee College, Illinois and St. Matthews University School of Medicine, Cayman Islands. He completed his residency in Family Medicine from LSU Family Medicine Ochsner Medical Center in Kenner, Louisiana. He holds several certifications and courses such as ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA) and is Board eligible. Dr. Mohamad Jibawi joined AccessHealth Care in July 2016. He has several awards to his credit including the Intern of the Year award at Interim LSU Hospital and the Women's Health Award (2013-14) at LSU Health Science Center. Dr. Jibawi enjoys various sports such as Football, Basketball and volleyball. He also likes to go fishing in the summers. He is fluent in English and Arabic.

Care Philosophy: Adult Primary Care. Small practice with one doctor and one office staff . Excellent continuity of care. Dr. Lee's office uses no telephone automation during office hours -- you talk to a live person when you call us. Dr. Lee employs no physician assistants or nurse practitioners; every patient is personally evaluated by Dr. Lee himself on every visit. Patients admitted to the hospital are attended and managed in person by Dr. Lee from admission to discharge. Dr. Lee has privileges at Bayonet Point Hospital, North Bay Hospital, and Trinity Hospital as well as a few area rehabilitation facilities/nursing homes.
