Biography: Julie Myers, DO is a graduate of the University of Dayton and Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency in the Wright State University Internal Medicine and Pediatrics Program. Dr. Myers is certified in Pediatrics and Internal Medicine. She has been with the Internal Medicine and Pediatrics of Centerville since 1993.

Biography: Beth A. Berrettoni, MD, is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. She completed her Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Cleveland and was a Hand Fellow at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. During her years of training, Dr. Berrettoni has been active in research, and has had her work presented in national medical publications. Biography: Michelle Strizak, PA-C received her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies at Kettering College in Kettering, OH and her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana in Champaign, IL. Michelle is certified as a physician assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Biography: Paul A. Krebs, MD graduated from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. He completed the Wright State University Family Medicine Residency Program and The Ohio State University Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship Program. Dr. Krebs is board certified in sports medicine. He has a special interest in interventional ultrasound procedures, platelet rich plasma (PRP) injections, and the care of endurance athletes. Nikki received her Bachelors of Science in nursing from Miami University in 1996. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She has been a registered nurse since 1992. She brought 14 years experience as a critical care nurse to her career as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Biography: Anne Reitz, MD is a graduate of Miami University and the University of Cincinnati School of Medicine. She completed her residency in family practice at St. Francis Hospital of Evanston. Dr. Reitz is certified in family practice by the American Board of Family Medicine. She has been with Premier Physician Network since 2000.

Biography: Courtney E. Barrett, CNP received her Master of Science in Nursing, Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, from Duke University in 2012. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Purdue University in 2010. Courtney is certified as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She has been a registered nurse since 2010. She brought two years' experience as a neuroscience nurse to her career as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Biography: Jennifer J. Rodriguez, PA-C received her Master of Science, Physician Assistant Studies from Pennsylvania State College of Medicine in Hershey, PA in 2016. She received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, FL. Jennifer is a certified physician assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is a member of Physician Assistants in Orthopedic Surgery. Jennifer is a four-time Olympic athlete and has won two Olympic bronze medals in the sport of speedskating.

Dr. Herbenick completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine at Kerlan-Jobe Orthopedic Clinic. He is board-certified in Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine.
