Biography: Daniel Gaudin, MD, Ph.D, FACS, received his medical degree from Montreal University College of Medicine (Canada) and completed his residency at Montreal University (Canada). Biography: Eric Fester, MD graduated from the United State Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO. He attended medical school at The Uniformed Services University of Health Services in Bethesda, MD. Dr. Fester completed his internship at David Grant Medical Center at Travis Air Force Base, CA and his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Wilford Hall Medical Center at Lackland Air Force Base, TX. He completed an Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Fellowship at Cincinnati Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center in Cincinnati, OH. Dr. Fester is a diplomate and fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and is a member of the American Orthopaedic Society of Sports Medicine. Dr. Fester offers the newest cartilage restoration technique available, matrix-induced autologous chondrocyte implantation (MACI) cartilage transplant. MACI transplant, a two-step procedure using the patient's own cartilage, is most effective for active patients, from their teens to 50s.

Biography: Saad Kanaan, MD is a graduate of Jordan University of Science and Technology in Jordan. He completed his neurology residency at The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Centers in Oklahoma City, OK. Dr. Kanaan went on to complete a headache medicine fellowship at Brigham and Women's Hospital/Harvard Medical School. He is a member of multiple professional organizations including the American Headache Society, American Academy of Neurology, and American Medical Association.

Biography: Louis C. Okafor, MD graduated from University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in Rochester, NY. He completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Dr. Okafor completed his fellowship in joint preservation, resurfacing, and reconstruction at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO. He is a member of a number of organizations including the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, International Congress for Joint Reconstruction, American Association for Hip and Knee Surgeons, and Orthopaedic Trauma Association.

Biography: Michael G. Raab, MD received his undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Notre Dame (1985), and his medical degree from the University of Illinois, Chicago (1989). He completed his residency training in orthopedic surgery at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, Springfield, in 1994, and received the Outstanding Surgical Resident Teaching award. Dr. Raab then served as an orthopedic surgeon at Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Ft. Gordon, GA, providing a wide range of general orthopedic surgery services, including trauma and fracture care;sports injuries;total joint replacement; shoulder, hand and elbow surgery; and hip, knee, and ankle surgery. He was a member of the Joint Replacement Service, andChief of the Handand Upper ExtremitySurgery Service. He was also a member of the teaching faculty for the Army orthopedic residency training program. Following four years of active duty, Dr. Raab practiced in Georgia and Ohio, and joined Premier Orthopedics in 2011. He is Board Certified in orthopedic surgery and a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeonsand American College of Surgeons. Biography: Angela Kohnen, MD is a graduate of the University of Dayton and the University of Cincinnati School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Family Practice at the University of Cincinnati/Franciscan Hospital in Cincinnati. Dr. Kohnen is certified in Family Practice by the American Board of Family Physicians. Dr. Kohnen has been with Beavercreek Family Physicians since 1997.

Biography: Kathryn E. Kirk, PA-C earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Kettering College of Medical Arts in Kettering, OH in 2018. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Health and Movement Studies from Hanover College in Hanover, IN in 2016. Kathyrn is board certified as a physician assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
