Biography: Anthony J. Checroun, MD is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons and is a fellow in the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. He specializes in shoulder pathology, including athletic, traumatic and degenerative conditions; shoulder arthroscopy and shoulder replacement surgery; sports medicine; and general orthopedics. He completed a shoulder fellowship at the Hospital for Joint Diseases Orthopedic Institute in New York City, and completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at the Medical College of Ohio. Dr. Checroun earned his medical degree from Indiana University. Dr. Checroun speaks English and French.

Biography: Angela Long-Prentice, MD is a graduate of the University of Dayton and Wright State University School of Medicine. She completed her residency at Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018) in Dayton. Dr. Long-Prentice is certified in Family Practice by the American Board of Family Physicians. Dr. Long-Prentice has a special interest in women's health and has been with Premier Physician Network since 1994.

Biography: Christopher Lauricella, DO is a graduate of Florida State University and Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in Family Practice at Grandview Medical Center in Dayton. Dr. Lauricella is certified in Family Practice by the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. Biography: Michael Ruff, MD was born and raised in the Dayton area. After attending medical school at the Medical College of Ohio, he completed his training in Family Medicine at Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018) in Dayton, Ohio in 2001. He has worked in both private practice and academic teaching settings including Wright State University's School of Medicine. His professional interests include office based procedures and providing care for the whole family, including newborns through geriatrics. His personal interests include spending time with his family, sports (especially golf), reading and writing.

Biography: Josh Ordway, MD is excited to serve residents of the Miami Valley region through his medical office, Springboro Family Medicine. Dr. Ordway grew up in a village in northwest Ohio. After completing his undergraduate studies in economics at Princeton University where he was a 3 sport NCAA athlete, Dr. Ordway attended The Ohio State University to take pre-med courses so that he could attend medical school. Dr. Ordway graduated as a doctor of medicine from the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in 2010. He completed his residency program in Dayton through the Wright State University Family Medicine Program in 2013. Dr. Ordway lives in Springboro with his wife, Megan, and their 3 adorable children. He is a former quasi-professional marathon runner. Some of his accomplishments include winning the 2008 Columbus marathon and running in the 2008 and 2012 Olympic marathon trials, placing 21st and 47th, respectively. Dr. Ordway continues to compete at a high level and can be seen running in local races. Dr. Ordway looks forward to caring for family members spanning from infants to the elderly. Some of his special interests include dermatology, geriatrics, joint injections, pediatrics, skin bump and lump removal, sports medicine and women's health. Dr. Ordway is a Credentialed ImPACT® Consultant trained in treating concussions as well as administering and interpreting the ImPACT® test.

Biography: Terez Metry, MD is a graduate of Zagazig University in Egypt. She completed her Internship in Internal Medicine at St. Mary's in Rochester, New York and her residency at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Metry is certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She has special interest in Women's Health and Diabetes. Dr. Metry has been associated with Premier Physician Network since 1996.

Biography: Elizabeth R. Swartzwelder-Cozad, MD graduated from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. She completed her family medicine residency at Wright State University. Dr. Swartzwelder-Cozad is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Ohio Academy of Family Physicians, and the American Medical Association. She is board certified in family medicine.

Biography: Indresh Venkatarayappa, MD, earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Bangalore Medical College (India) and completed an orthopedic surgery residency T.N. Medical College (India). He also completed an orthopedic surgery internship and residency at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Dr. Venkatarayappa completed surgical training in the United Kingdom at MRCS Edinburgh and was fellowship trained in traumatology at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine and MRCS. He is board eligible in orthopedic surgery. Dr. Venkatarayappa specializes in orthopedic surgery. He is a member of the Member of Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh, UK, a Candidate member of American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and a Candidate member MID - America.

Biography: Dr. Hester graduated from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Miami Valley Hospital and Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018). Dr. Hester is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

She completed her residency in family medicine at the University of Utah at Salt Lake City. Dr. Larson is certified in family practice and geriatrics by the American Board of Family Physicians. She has a special interest in women's health and geriatrics. Dr. Larson has been with Premier Health Family Care -North since 2002.

Biography: Ariana Herbert, MD, received her medical degree at The Ohio State University School of Medicine, and completed her residency at Wright State University. Dr. Herbert has served as a patient care and nursing assistant and has volunteered in rehabilitative care. Dr. Herbert is board certified in family medicine.
