Biography: Dr. Spiers, originally from Dearborn, Michigan, is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology by the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Spiers is passionate about providing patient-centered care. She enjoys educating patients about their health and empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their management options. Prior to joining the staff of Woman's Health Centers, Dr. Spiers was a member of a hospital owned practice located in Kansas City, MO. During her time there, she also enjoyed collaborating with the local midwifery community. Dr. Spiers received her BA in Biology from Albion College in Albion, MI, where she graduated with Cum Laude honors. While earning her undergraduate degree, Dr. Spiers was an active member in several honor societies, as well as, her sorority's philanthropy. She then went on to earn her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Spiers completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at McLaren Macomb in Mt. Clemens, MI. Dr. Spiers has professional affiliations with the American Osteopathic Association, American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Dr. Spiers is married with 2 young children. She enjoys spending her spare time with family, especially at the beach or the zoo. Her other hobbies and interests include tennis, golf, and reading.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Mamie M. Rogers is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology, with special interests in prenatal care, minimally invasive procedures and adolescent gynecology. Dr. Rogers provides care for women in all stages of life, with services including annual exams, birth control and pregnancy care. After earning her medical degree from Northeastern Ohio Medical University, Dr. Rogers completed her OB-GYN residency training at Western Pennsylvania Hospital in Pittsburgh, which is part of the Temple University Medical School and where she achieved Chief Resident status and earned the Best Resident Teacher Award. She next served as an OB-GYN in private practice in Maryland before relocating to Tavares in 2010.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Adajar is a board-certified OB/GYN with advanced training in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. A pioneer of mini-laparoscopic techniques, Dr. Adajar is able to consistently perform complex surgeries, including hysterectomies, with minimal scarring and an opioid-free recovery. He joined AdventHealth Medical Group's elite GYN surgery team in Central Florida from his native Chicago, where he held multiple leadership positions including as President of the Illinois Institute of Gynecology & Advanced Pelvic Surgery and Women's Health Program Coordinator & Clinical Supervisor at Presence Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center. He is currently a Senior Advisory Board Member of the American Institute of Minimally Invasive Surgery and, as the head of his own private practice, he earned elite designation as a Center of Excellence in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery.
