Biography: Dr. Hartley is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Medicine and completed his fellowship training at the Indiana University Department of Gastroenterology. He is board-certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology.

Care Philosophy: ``My philosophy of care is that I want to take care of both the whole person and the whole family. Our lives are complex and we're more than just a medical condition. When I have a new patient in the office I really want to get to know outside of their medical condition. I first want to know who they are and then I want to know all of their medical problems, including what their history is, what their medicines are and what role stress or diet plays in their life. We put all of this together to figure out how can we really optimize their total health.``
