She continued her training with an Internal Medicine Residency at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. After residency, she did a fellowship at Berkshire Medical Center for Neuromuscular Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulation. She is board certified in both Internal Medicine and NMM/OMM.Prior to medical school, Dr. Ridgley received a Bachelor of Science in Economics at the United States Naval Academy. She completed six years of military service after graduating from the Naval Academy as a Surface Warfare Officer specializing in communication, navigation and surface tactics. During her shore duty, she decided to learn about manual medicine by completing a massage degree and became a licensed massage therapist during medical school.Dr. Ridgley's passion in medicine is utilizing nutrition and manual therapies to improve overall health and wellbeing. Prior to working at Lone Tree Internal Medicine, Dr. Ridgley worked as a hospitalist, admitting and managing patients in acute need for chronic illnesses. She utilized manual therapies in the hospital setting to facilitate the other medical therapies. Dr. Bowers received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas, in 1997. She earned her medical degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in 2003, where she also completed residency in 2006. She was a faculty member in the Division of General and Hospital Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio from 2006 to 2019 and was promoted to Associate Professor. During her time on faculty, she had several leadership roles including Course Director for the physical examination course and Clerkship Director for the internal medicine clerkship. Dr. Bowers has received several honors including an Outstanding Faculty Award and Veritas Faculty of the Year. She also worked in an outpatient clinic caring for patients and mentoring medical students and residents. Dr. Bowers is a fellow of the American College of Physicians. She has been an active member of the Society of General Internal Medicine and Clerkship Directors of Internal Medicine. Dr. Bowers joined Aspen Medical Group in 2019 and is committed to providing quality patient care and improving the health and wellbeing of her patients.

Biography: Dr. Penrose is a Board Certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist who has been affiliated with the Medical Center of Aurora since 2000. In 2003 she founded Generations OB/GYN in Aurora, CO. Originally from California she moved to Colorado to attend the University of Colorado, Boulder, Vermont to attend the University of Vermont College of Medicine and then Michigan for her residency. Dr. Penrose served as Administrative Chief Resident during her last year of training. Since returning to Colorado in 2000 she has provided guidance and medical expertise in a quaint and attentive office setting. A Generalist by training qualifying her in every aspect of women's health, obstetrics or gynecology, through every decade of your life. She is the only single site robotic surgeon in the metro Denver area; a virtually scar-less surgery. Gynecologic surgeries that required 3-day hospitalization can now be performed through a small incision in the belly bottom AND you can go home the same day!
