Biography: Satheesh Kathula, MD is a graduate of Siddhartha Medical College in Vijayawada, India. He completed his internal medicine residency at Wright State University in Dayton, OH. Dr. Kathula is board certified in medical oncology and hematology and is a Diplomate of American Board of Lifestyle Medicine. He is a clinical professor of medicine at Wright State University and is the President of the American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin (AAPI). He graduated from Harvard University with Global Healthcare Leaders Program and is certified in Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare from Stanford University. Dr. Kathula has been very active in the community for more than 2 decades and served on numerous local and national boards. He has won several awards locally and nationally including Man of the Year award- The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, 2018, The Lifetime Achievement Award by the President of United States, and The Inspirational Achiever of 2024 by RAYWA Foundation New York. Dr. Kathula conceptualized and organized Global Healthcare Summit in New Delhi, India to reduce the burden of cancer and heart attacks in 2024. Dr. Kathula has been treating cancer patients for more than 22 years and has a special interest in lung cancer, blood cancers, and GI cancers.

Biography: Dr. Jeffreys is a graduate St. George's University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies. She completed her residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, WI where she also completed a fellowship in hematology and oncology. Dr. Jeffreys is board certified in medical oncology and hematology. She is a member of the American Society of Hematology, the American Society of Clinical Oncology, and the American College of Physicians.

Biography: Dr. Sabagh is a graduate of Zagazig, University School of Medicine in Benha, Egypt. He completed his residency at Wright State University in Dayton, OH. He completed a fellowship in hematology and oncology at The Ohio State University James Cancer Research Institute in Columbus, OH. Dr. Sabagh is board certified in medical oncology and hematology. He is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, Dayton Clinical Oncology Program, and the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer. Dr. Sabagh has been treating patients and teaching medical students as an Associate Clinical Professor at Wright Sate University Boonshoft School of Medicine for more than twenty years.

Biography: Michelle DeGroat, MD, FACS graduated from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine and completed the Wright State University General Surgery Residency Program. Dr. DeGroat is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons and the American Hernia Society. She is an Associate Clinical Professor at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine and is the Chairman of the Premier Health system-wide general service line. Dr. DeGroat is board certified in General Surgery and Breast Ultrasound. Dr. DeGroat specializes in general surgery as well as critical care medicine and robotic surgery. She has a special interest in breast cancer, including high risk breast cancer, and provides breast cancer evaluations and care and performs nipple sparing mastectomies. Dr. DeGroat also focuses on surgical treatment for colon cancer. Her otherareas of interest include hernia repair and complex hernia repair.

Biography: Daniel S. Taylor, MD, FACS is a board certified, general surgeon who earned his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, Cincinnati, OH. He completed his surgical residency at the hospitals affiliated with Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine, Dayton, OH. During his training, Dr. Taylor was Chief Surgical Resident. He joined Miami County Surgeons in 1999 and Premier Physician Network in 2006. Dr. Taylor serves on several committees at Upper Valley Medical Center and Surgery Department Chair (2016). He has been a fellow with the American College of Surgeons since 2002. Currently, Dr. Taylor is assistant clinical professor of surgery at the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine.

Biography: Mike Snider, PA-C, earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Kettering College (OH) and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at The Ohio State University. Mike has professional memberships with the Ohio Academy of Physician Assistants and American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Biography: Zachary Simmons, MD earned his Medical Degree from Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, California. He completed his residency in General Surgery at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Simmons has an intermediate fluency in Spanish. He joined Miami County Surgeons in 2013.
