Biography: Daniel Butler, MD, FACS graduated from University of Indiana School of Medicine in Indianapolis, IN. He completed residency from Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines, IA. Dr. Butler is board certified in general surgery. Dr. Butler is a Fellow of American College of Surgeons and a member of Throckmorton Surgical Society, The Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons, and American Trauma Society. He has practiced at Roosevelt Surgical Associates and for more than 25 years and served in the U.S. Army Reserve for 30 years.

Biography: James Pan, MD is a graduate of Northeast Ohio Medical University in Rootstown, OH. He completed his general surgery residency at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, OH and went on to complete a vascular surgery fellowship at Southern Illinois University (SIU) School of Medicine in Springfield, IL. Prior to moving to Ohio to be closer to family, Dr. Pan served as an assistant professor of surgery at SIU School of Medicine. Most recently, he served as a staff vascular surgeon at Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster, OH, where he held the positions of Vice-Chief of Surgery and Director of Vascular Services. Additionally, he served as an Adjunct Professor of Radiology at The Ohio State University Medical Center Dr. Pan is board certified by the American Board of Surgery. He is a member of the American College of Surgeons and the Society of Vascular Surgery. Dr. Pan is a vascular surgeon in Dayton, specializing in treating conditions affecting blood vessels. He has a special interest in critical limb salvage focusing on minimally invasive procedures as well as open surgery when needed. He is also certified in Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber Therapy and wound care. Nancy has workedin oncology for many years, assessing and treating patients with cancer. Prior to joining the Premier Blood & Cancer Center team she worked as an Advance Practice Provider Manager and Surgical Neuro-Oncology Coordinator at the Clinical Neuroscience Institute, where shealso managed the operations at the infusion center.

Biography: Michael Guy, MD graduated from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in 2008. He completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Northeastern Ohio Medical University/Akron General Medical Center. Dr. Guy completed a fellowship in gynecologic oncology at University of Colorado Denver School of Medicine.

Biography: Mbaga Walusimbi, MD, FACS, MS, MBA, is a graduate of University of Illinois in Chicago, IL. He completed his residency in Surgery at State University of New York, Buffalo in Buffalo, NY. He went on to complete a fellowship in Surgical Critical Care at Lincoln Memorial Hospital in New York, NY. Dr. Walusimbi is board certified in Surgical Critical Care by the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Walusimbi is a Professor at Boonshoft School of Medicine of Wright State University. He is a member of the American College of Surgeons, the American Association for the Surgery for Trauma, and the Eastern Association for Surgery for Trauma. Dr. Walusimbi specializes in Acute Care Surgery, Trauma, and Critical Care. He treats a wide spectrum of critical conditions, including complex trauma injuries, respiratory failure, general surgery emergencies, and wounds. His comprehensive approach includes traumatic wound management and surgical interventions, such as minimally invasive laparoscopic and robotic abdominal surgery.
