Care Philosophy: Dr Allan Lima Pereira is an Associate Member in the Department of Gastrointestinal Oncology at Moffitt Cancer Center. Dr Lima Pereira earned his MD degree from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil. He completed his Clinical Oncology Fellowship at Hospital Sv?rio-Libanv™s, Brazil. Dr Lima Pereira earned his PhD degree in Medical Sciences (Oncology Program) from the University of Svo Paulo, Brazil. Dr Pereira has worked at academic institutions since completing his oncology fellowship. From 2013 to 2017, he worked at the Svo Paulo Cancer Institute (ICESP). He then completed a fellowship in the Gastrointestinal Medical Oncology Department at MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, Texas.

Care Philosophy: Dr Pimiento earned his MD degree at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia. He completed a general surgery residency at Saint Mary's Health System/Affiliated Yale University School of Medicine and a Fellowship in Surgical Research in Vascular Surgery at Yale University School of Medicine. He then completed a Fellowship in Surgical Oncology and Advanced Fellowship in Surgical Oncology Research at Moffitt Cancer Center. Dr Pimiento joined Moffitt from Mercy Health Partners/Mercy Health-St. Mary's and served as the Medical Director, Surgical Oncology at the Lacks Cancer Center. Dr Pimiento's clinical interest is in malignancies of the upper gastrointestinal tract, including esophageal, gastric, pancreatic, colorectal and liver cancers.

Care Philosophy: Dr Sean Dineen is an Assistant Member of the Department of Gastrointestinal Oncology at Moffitt Cancer Center. Dr Dineen has a particular interest in the treatment of patients with metastatic disease, including carcinomatosis. In particular, he focuses on patients that have developed peritoneal spread of disease and the application of heated intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) in the treatment of this advanced process. Dr Dineen's research focuses on identifying how the tumor and the local environment interact to promote metastatic disease. Dr Dineen is a native of Lexington, KY. He earned his medical degree from the University of Louisville.

Care Philosophy: Alberto A Chiappori, MD currently serves as Senior Member of Oncology and Medicine for the Thoracic Oncology Program at the H Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute in Tampa, Florida. He has been a member of the Thoracic Oncology Program at Moffitt since 2001. Dr Chiappori received his MD from the Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia in Lima, Peru. After graduation, he completed his residency at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield, Illinois. He then went on to finish his fellowship and senior fellowship in medical oncology-hematology at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr Chiappori has been Board Certified in Medical Oncology since 1997.

Care Philosophy: Dr Andrew (Andy) Brohl is a medical oncologist and physician-scientist. His clinical interest is in the care of patients with a diagnosis of sarcoma or a cutaneous (skin) malignancy, including melanoma. Dr Brohl's laboratory research focuses on the utilization of genomics and other high-throughput technologies to learn more about rare cancers and for clinically translational applications. Examples of his current projects include genomic analysis of rare cancer subtypes, identification of drug targets from -omics datatypes, application of genomics for personalized cancer therapy, and development of non-invasive molecular profiling technology.

Care Philosophy: Dr Dilling's primary clinical focus is the radiotherapeutic treatment of thoracic malignancies.Dr Dilling's research interests focus around the use of Big Data and artificial intelligence to generate novel insights into patient treatment and toxicity. To that end, he has curated a database of thousands of patients who have received radiotherapy to the lung at Moffitt (millions of data points). This data set is among the largest/most complex clinical data sets on radiotherapy patients in the world.

Care Philosophy: Dr Jonathan Zager is the Chief Academic Officer and a surgical oncologist and Senior Member in the Departments of Cutaneous Oncology and Sarcoma at Moffitt Cancer Center. Dr Zager is the Director of Regional Therapies at Moffitt's Donald A Adam Comprehensive Melanoma Research Center. Dr Zager is the Chair of the Department of Oncologic Sciences and a Professor of Surgery at the University of South Florida, Morsani School of Medicine. Dr Zager's research and clinical interests include the regional therapy treatment of cutaneous melanoma and non-melanoma skin cancers, soft tissue sarcomas. Dr Zager is internationally known for the management and study of locoregionally recurrent melanoma, non-melanoma skin cancer and soft tissue sarcoma.

Care Philosophy: Dr G Daniel Grass is an Assistant Member and clinical-investigator in the Department of Radiation Oncology. Dr Grass received his MD and PhD in Molecular and Cellular Biology and Pathobiology from the Medical University of South Carolina, Medical Scientist Training Program. He completed a Radiation Oncology Residency at Moffitt Cancer Center/University of South Florida. He is focused on treating patients with genitourinary malignancies (e.g. prostate, bladder, kidney, penile, ureter, testicular) by implementing novel approaches with leading edge radiation technologies.

Care Philosophy: Dr Ricardo Gonzalez is a surgical oncologist and Chair of the Sarcoma Department at Moffitt Cancer Center. He also serves as a member of the Cutaneous Program at Moffitt Cancer Center. He is an associate professor at the University Of South Florida College Of Medicine's Department of Oncologic Sciences and Department of Surgery. Dr Gonzalez' research and clinical interests include outcomes analyses and management of patients with soft tissue sarcomas, retroperitoneal sarcomas, desmoid tumors, gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) and head and neck melanoma.

Care Philosophy: Dr Wuthrick specializes in radiation therapy for skin cancers such as melanoma, Merkel cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, and basal cell carcinoma. He is also clinically interested in gastrointestinal cancers, including esophagealstomach andliver cancers, and cancers of the pancreas, colon, rectum and anus. Dr Wuthrick is interested in the combination of high dose per fraction radiation therapy and immunotherapy in melanoma and Merkel cell carcinoma. He is involved in numerous early phase clinical trials exploring the role of MAPK pathway inhibitors with radiation therapy.

Care Philosophy: Dr Sweet's clinical interests include myeloid malignancies with a particular focus on acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). She completed her medical education at the Medical College of Virginia - Virginia Commonwealth University. Her Internal Medicine residency was completed at the University of Arizona, and her Hematology and Medical Oncology fellowship training was done at Moffitt Cancer Center/The University of South Florida. She is currently an Associate Member in the Department of Malignant Hematology at Moffitt Cancer Center and has an appointment as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Oncologic Sciences at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine.

Currently, he is an Assistant Member in the Department of Neuro-Oncology at Moffitt Cancer Center and an Assistant Professor of Oncologic Sciences at the University of South Florida. He received his undergraduate education from the University of Michigan. He received a medical degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. He obtained his residency training in neurosurgery at the Cleveland Clinic. He also completed a post-doctoral fellowship in Cancer Stem Cell Biology at the Cleveland Clinic, during which he was awarded the Congress of Neurological Surgeons Tumor Fellowship.
