Biography: Michael J. Griesser, MD received his medical degree from Wright state University Boonshoft School of Medicine in 2006. Dr. Griesser completed an Orthopaedic Surgery residency at Ohio State University in 2011. Dr. Griesser completed an Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Fellowship at The Cleveland Clinic in 2012. Dr. Griesser is board certified Orthopedic Surgery.

Biography: Richard Davis II, MD, earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and completed an orthopedic surgery residency at Mount Carmel Health System in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Davis completed an adult reconstruction fellowship at the Southern Joint Replacement Institute in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Davis specializes in orthopedic surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (AAOS) and the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS). He has participated in medical mission trips to Tanzania, Africa and Juarez, Mexico. Dr. Davis sees patients in his Middletown office.

Biography: Eric Fester, MD graduated from the United State Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO. He attended medical school at The Uniformed Services University of Health Services in Bethesda, MD. Dr. Fester completed his internship at David Grant Medical Center at Travis Air Force Base, CA and his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Wilford Hall Medical Center at Lackland Air Force Base, TX. He completed an Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Fellowship at Cincinnati Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center in Cincinnati, OH. Dr. Fester is a diplomate and fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and is a member of the American Orthopaedic Society of Sports Medicine. Dr. Fester offers the newest cartilage restoration technique available, matrix-induced autologous chondrocyte implantation (MACI) cartilage transplant. MACI transplant, a two-step procedure using the patient's own cartilage, is most effective for active patients, from their teens to 50s.

Biography: Dr. Gupta is a graduate of Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Nagpur University, India. She completed her family medicine residency at University of Louisville in Louisville, KY. Dr. Gupta is board certified in family medicine. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Academy of Family Medicine. She is a member of several organizations including the American Medical Association, North American Menopausal Society, and Ohio State Medical Association.

Biography: Roulay Thammavong, MD, received his medical degree at Ross University School of Medicine in 2002, and completed his residency at United Health Service in 2005. Dr. Thammavong is board certified in internal medicine.
