He then completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Broward Health Medical Center, a busy Level 1 Trauma Center. During his time there, he received extensive training in all facets of orthopedic surgery including primary and complex joint reconstruction, as well as complex fracture care and surgery. During his final year of residency he was chosen as a Chief Resident and awarded Orthopedic Resident of the Year. After Residency, Dr. Motisi completed an additional year of fellowship training in Sports Medicine and Shoulder surgery at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He was also a team physician for several high school and collegiate sports teams in Chicago.

Biography: Harold Richter, M.D., is a medical oncologist and hematologist at the Eugene M. & Christine E. Lynn Cancer Institute, part of Baptist Health. Dr. Richter specializes in thoracic malignancies and benign and malignant hematology. Dr. Richter is part of The Center for Hematology Oncology and partnered with Boca Raton Regional Hospital in 2006 to build Lynn Cancer Institute.
