Biography: Dr. Olayinka Afolabi-Brown is a concerned and diligent cardiologist serving the community of Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Afolabi-Brown attended the University of Ibadan College of Medicine, where he received his medical degree, and completed his internship in University College Hospital, Ibadan. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Maimonides Medical Center and a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at Albert Einstein Medical Center. Dr. Afolabi-Brown is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is affiliated with the Einstein Medical Center Montgomery in East Norriton, PA. Patients trust Dr. Afolabi-Brown's expertise because he consistently provides high quality care that leads to positive and lasting health outcomes.

Biography: Chiduzie Madubata, MD, caters to the needs of the communities of Philadelphia and Collegeville, Pa. He is an integral part of Einstein Cardiology Associates and believes in providing compassionate and comprehensive patient-centered care. Certified in cardiovascular disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine as well as nuclear cardiology, cardiac CT and echocardiography, Dr. Madubata is a reliable cardiologist who is interested in providing thorough and preventative cardiac care with a special focus on imaging modalities to help diagnose various cardiac conditions and guide treatment options for these conditions. He completed his bachelor's degree from Harvard University. He received his medical degree from Tufts University. He also completed a residency in internal medicine at Brown University. Additionally, he went on to complete a fellowship in cardiovascular diseases at Drexel University. Dr. Madubata is a member of many medical societies, including the American Medical Association, the Association of Black Cardiologists, and the American Heart Association. Biography: Dr. Witzke is Director of the Structural Heart Disease Program and Director of the Latin-American Cardiovascular Program at Einstein. Dr. Witzke completed his Internal Medicine residency and Cardiovascular Medicine fellowship training at Einstein Medical Center. He then completed two year training in Interventional Cardiology and Structural Heart Disease at the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH), Harvard Medical School. At MGH, Dr. Witzke became competent in the performance of coronary intervention and mastered the management of extremely ill cardiac patients that required high-risk percutaneous procedures. Dr. Witzke has a special interest in the growing field of Structural Heart Disease. During his last years of training, he became specialized in the management of valvular and structural heart disease. He is sufficient in the art of percutaneous closure of heart defects, paravalvular leaks and management of varies valvular heart diseases, including aortic stenosis and mitral valve disease. Dr. Witzke is the leading implantor of percutaneous aortic valve prosthesis -also known as TAVR- in patients with aortic stenosis. He also helped develop Cardiogenic Shock Program at Einstein Health Network. Dr. Witzke has published in numerous journals and has participated in international meeting as an expert in the field of Structural and Valvular Heart Disease.
