Care Philosophy: I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Philosophy from Emory University and a Master's in Physician Assistant Studies with a concentration in psychiatry from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. I have completed specialized training in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and psychopharmacology. Before becoming a PA, I worked as a mental health counselor in a residential center, conducted research on therapeutic methods for children with mental disorders, and worked in a lab focused on narratives, mental well-being, and identity. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds, treating conditions like anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, personality disorders, and substance use disorders. Every patient is unique, and I am dedicated to developing individualized treatment plans that align with each person's goals and needs.
