Biography: Kathleen Kobashi is Chair of the Department of Urology at Houston Methodist Hospital in Texas. Her area of interest includes treatment of urinary incontinence in men and women, overactive bladder (urgency and frequency), neuromodulation, and pelvic prolapse. Her research focuses on patient perspectives and clinical outcomes following treatment of pelvic floor disorders. Prior to moving to Houston, she served as Section Head of Urology and Renal Transplantation at Virginia Mason Medical Center for 14 years and Director of VM's Pelvic Floor Center. She received her B.A. at Wellesley College and her M.D. at Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, and completed her urologic residency at the University of California, Irvine followed by a Fale Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS) fellowship at Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles before joining Virginia Mason in 1999. She is currently pursuing her Executive MBA at the University of Michigan.

Biography: Dr. Leeds-Richter is a native Houstonian. Her clinical interests include general obstetrics and gynecology, infertility, adolescent health and gynecology, and preventative women's health care. Her practice encompasses complete care for women of all ages, with emphasis on long-term patient relationships and patient education.Dr. Leeds-Richter's outside interests include spending time with her two sons, running, skiing, attending sporting events as well as theatrical ballet performances. Dr. Leeds-Richter's practice includes Ms. Laura Walker, PA, with whom she has worked closely for many years.

Biography: This physician is accepting telehealth visits. Dr. Alicia McIntosh is a Board Certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist who founded Bella Obstetrics & Gynecology along with four of her colleagues in January 2020. She is originally from Waco, Texas, but moved to Fort Worth, Texas for college. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from TCU in 2004 with a degree in Chemistry. She was inducted into the national honor societies Phi Beta Kappa and Mortar Board. Dr. McIntosh had an amazing opportunity to live and study in Paris, France at La Sorbonne- University of Paris in 2002. In 2009, she earned her Medical Doctorate from The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Dr. McIntosh completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Memorial Hermann Hospital in 2013. In residency, Dr. McIntosh received the Residency Research Award for the top research project. The focus of her research was a basic science aspect of infertility. She has been in private practice since 2013. Dr. McIntosh has been honored as one of Houston's "Top Doctors" by H-Texas Magazine for 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019. She was also named by Texas Monthly as a Top Doctor in Texas "Rising Star" in 2017, 2018 and 2019. She was also voted one of Houstonia Magazine's Top Doctors in 2019 which is voted on by other physician peers in Houston.Dr. McIntosh has a strong passion for women's health. She is inspired and driven by connections with her patients in all stages of life. She values a trusting, respectful patient-doctor relationship and loves the opportunity to educate her patients about their health. While knowledgeable and experienced in all areas of obstetrics and gynecology she has a particular interest in breastfeeding complications, cervical cancer screening, contraception, pelvic pain, abnormal bleeding, and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. Dr. McIntosh found her calling in OB/Gyn. It combines primary care medical problems and continuity with emergency and surgery all while caring for not only one but sometimes two patients. There is nothing as emotional and fulfilling as bringing a new life into the world! It never gets old. From the gynecologic side, having the ability to skillfully use her hands in the operating room to improve a patient's quality of life is beyond rewarding. In her spare time, Dr. McIntosh enjoys traveling, shopping, designing jewelry, and spending time with her husband, Chris, and their children, Hunter, Carlyle, and Cole.
