Biography: Dr. Star, Medical Director, Orthopaedic and Spine Institute, Abington – Jefferson Health, specializes in total hip and knee replacement surgery. Biography: Dr. Kotapka is the Chairman of the Division of Neurosurgery at Einstein. He treats benign and malignant tumors of the brain, including pituitary and cranial base. He also has special interest in the treatment of cerebral aneurysms, degenerative spinal conditions including disc disease and spinal stenosis, and the treatment of neurological trauma.
