Biography: Louis C. Okafor, MD graduated from University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in Rochester, NY. He completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Dr. Okafor completed his fellowship in joint preservation, resurfacing, and reconstruction at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO. He is a member of a number of organizations including the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, International Congress for Joint Reconstruction, American Association for Hip and Knee Surgeons, and Orthopaedic Trauma Association.

Biography: Mick Denen, MD is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and Wright State University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Pediatrics and Internal Medicine at Wright State University affiliated hospitals. Dr. Denen is certified in Pediatrics and Internal Medicine. Biography: Deitrice Chapman, MD is a graduate of Oakwood College and Loma Linda University Medical School. Biography: Indresh Venkatarayappa, MD, earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Bangalore Medical College (India) and completed an orthopedic surgery residency T.N. Medical College (India). Dr. Venkatarayappa completed surgical training in the United Kingdom at MRCS Edinburgh and was fellowship trained in traumatology at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine and MRCS. Biography: Matthew Cavo, MD, earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the The Ohio State University College of Medicine and completed an Orthopedic Surgery Residency at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Dr. Cavo completed a Hand and Upper Extremity Fellowship at the University of Rochester. Dr. Cavo specializes in Hand Surgery. Biography: Beth A. Berrettoni, MD, is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. She completed her Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Cleveland and was a Hand Fellow at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. During her years of training, Dr. Berrettoni has been active in research, and has had her work presented in national medical publications. Dr. Berrettoni is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and has obtained the Certificate of Added Qualifications for Surgery of the Hand. She is a member of The American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Society for Surgery of the Hand.
