Biography: Growing up in Pleasant Grove, I feel like returning to Utah to provide care for those in Utah County is like coming home. I began my journey 28 years ago when I started my service with the United States Navy. The last 11 years of my military service was as a Family Medicine physician. During my time in the military, I had many wonderful experiences throughout the world, caring for military families and others with a wide variety of medical conditions. My wife and family of five are happy to be in Utah, and I am excited to bring my experience to the patients in our south Utah County communities. It's good to be home. I recently joined Canyon View Medical Group following the retirement of Dr. Tracy Frandsen. I'm a board-certified Family Medicine physician.

Biography: Dr. J Ryan Taylor, MD is an Orthopedic Surgery Specialist who practices in Provo, UT. He is 45 years old. Dr. J Ryan Taylor, MD is affiliated with Timpanogos Regional Hospital and Mountain View Hospital.

Care Philosophy: I love working with and serving people of all ages here in the south end of Utah County. I love working with children and teaching preventative care to adults. I specialize in managing chronic and complex illnesses.

Biography: Having grown up in rural Idaho, with time lived in several areas across the country as well as abroad, Dr. Beckstead has a great appreciation for the wide variety of the human condition. One of his great passions as a family physician is being involved in the life process (from birth to death) of the people he serves, always keeping up-to-date with current scientific research and recommendations to give his patients the best possible care. The purpose of his focus is to: help individuals prevent illness that can damage quality of life; care for everyday health ailments in a timely, convenient way or sticking by those with debilitating chronic illnesses, giving them needed time; and help guide individuals within the complex healthcare system, making referrals and coordinating care among other specialists when needed.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Jaramillo believes that the patient and the doctor, together, can discuss the proper care that the patient needs and come up with a treatment plan. He will exhaust all conservative treatment before moving to surgery as he believes that most patients can do well with conservative treatment unless surgery is absolutely necessary.
