During the course of her early career Dr. Kaplin covered teams in hockey, rugby, basketball and football. In 2019, she completed a fellowship in orthopedic sports medicine at Wake Forest University College of Medicine.Dr. Kaplin will tell you that the patient is the priority all the time. She works to create an environment of trust and understanding, so that they feel comfortable and confident as partners in their care.In her free time she enjoys exercising and spending time with her family. She is married and has two children; a 5 year old daughter and a 3 year old son.
