Biography: Dr. Ismail earned his medical degree from the Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences in India. He completed a residency in internal medicine at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Dr. Ismail was part of the Internal Medicine faculty at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. He is accredited by the NCQA (National Committee of Quality Assurance) and is a Level III Medical Home Provider. Dr. Ismail is board certified in internal medicine.Dr. Ismail focuses on all aspects of Internal Medicine and is a strong advocate for preventive medicine and community well being. She completed a residency in family medicine at Clarkson Family Medicine in Omaha. Dr Church is a member of the Arnold P. Gold Humanism Honor Society. A Doctor of Osteopathy completes the same medical training as a physician with an M.D. degree, but has undergone extra training in diagnosing illness and injury and encouraging the body to heal itself through osteopathic manipulative treatment, a hands-on approach to preventive medicine.

Biography: Dr. Michelle Ellis earned her medical degree from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine. She completed her residency in the Lincoln Family Practice Program. Dr. Ellis is active in her church, has served on multiple committees via The Physician Network and Saint Elizabeth Regional Medical Center and is serving on the Board at the Child Advocacy Center. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, music, movies and spending time with her family.

Biography: Karen is a registered nurse and a certified nurse midwife (CNM). She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Nebraska Wesleyan University and her certificate in nurse-midwifery from the Midwifery Institute of Philadelphia University. Karen attends St. Joseph's Catholic Church and has four children. Her special interests are traveling, hiking and people with special needs.
