Biography: Russell Miller, MD is the Sloane Hospital for Women Professor of Prenatal Pediatrics (in Obstetrics and Gynecology) at the Columbia University Medical Center. Dr. Miller's clinical and research interests include prenatal diagnosis, sonographic evaluation of fetal malformations, evaluation and management of complicated twin pregnancies, Twin-Twin Transfusion Syndrome, and performing invasive fetal therapies. Dr. Miller completed his medical school education as well as residency and subspecialty fellowship training in Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) at Columbia University Medical Center. Among his many clinical and research awards and recognitions, he has been nominated as the Children's Hospital of New York Physician of the Year in three different years.

Biography: Anna Burgansky, MD, is Site Chief for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) at NYP Westchester Hospital, and an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center (CUIMC). She practices general obstetrics and gynecology, with clinical interests in office gynecology and menopause. She serves as the Chair of Quality and Patient Safety Committee for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center (CUIMC) and is actively involved in the development and implementation of initiatives to enhance patient safety and quality of clinical care. She is an active member of ACOG's District II Safe Motherhood Initiative, where she's involved in development of guidelines and implementation of strategies aimed to reduce preventable obstetrical complications and maternal deaths in hospitals across New York State.
