Biography: Dr. Radecke (AKA Dr. Rad) is a fellowship-trained Bariatric and Minimally Invasive surgeon. He completed his fellowship at the University of South Florida in Tampa. He obtained his bachelor's in Biochemistry and a master's in Immunology and Molecular Biology from Clemson University. He then attended medical school at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. He completed his surgical residency in General Surgery at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Dr. Rad is highly trained in advanced laparoscopic surgery and utilizes it to treat many surgical diseases of the abdomen such as colon cancer, hernia surgery, and foregut surgery. He also specializes in the surgical treatment of obesity and has a passion for helping people eliminate the disease and the metabolic problems it causes. Care Philosophy: Dr Jason W Denbo is an Assistant Member in the Department of Gastrointestinal Oncology. Dr Denbo earned his MD degree at Indiana University School of Medicine and completed a General Surgery Residency at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and a Research Fellowship at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN. Dr Denbo received fellowship training in both Complex General Surgical Oncology and Advanced Hepatopancreatobiliary Surgery at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Prior to his recruitment to Moffitt, Dr Denbo served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of Minnesota.

Biography: Dr. Bogdana Trop is board certified in both general surgery and surgical critical care. She received training at University of Belgrade Medical School and completed her general surgery internship with Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami Medical School. Dr. Trop moved on to her general surgery residency at University of Nebraska Medical Center, then to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center for her surgical critical care fellowship. She is a member of Eastern Association for the Surgery of Trauma. Her primary areas of interest are trauma and critical care, as well as thyroid and colon procedures.

Care Philosophy: Dr Pimiento earned his MD degree at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia. He completed a general surgery residency at Saint Mary's Health System/Affiliated Yale University School of Medicine and a Fellowship in Surgical Research in Vascular Surgery at Yale University School of Medicine. He then completed a Fellowship in Surgical Oncology and Advanced Fellowship in Surgical Oncology Research at Moffitt Cancer Center. Dr Pimiento joined Moffitt from Mercy Health Partners/Mercy Health-St. Mary's and served as the Medical Director, Surgical Oncology at the Lacks Cancer Center. Dr Pimiento's clinical interest is in malignancies of the upper gastrointestinal tract, including esophageal, gastric, pancreatic, colorectal and liver cancers.

Biography: Dr. Tiffany Jessee is one of the few fellowship trained bariatric surgeons in the state of Florida, which means she has received highly specialized training in bariatric surgery. She is also a Board Certified General Surgeon. Dr. Jessee is a member of the American Society of Bariatric Surgeons and holds the designation of Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons. In 2003, she was the first surgeon in Pinellas County, Florida to perform the Adjustable Gastric Band surgery and also performed the first minimally invasive robotic gastric sleeve procedure in Pinellas County. Dr. Jessee was awarded the Top Docs Award in Bariatric Surgery by Tampa Bay Magazine in 2019 and in 2020. In 2020 Dr. Jessee performed her 200th robotic procedure.She received her medical degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in her home state of West Virginia. Dr. Jessee completed her general surgery residency training at Sun Coast Hospital in Largo, Florida. She then traveled to Coral Gables, Florida, where she completed a one year fellowship in advanced laparoscopy and bariatric surgery. Dr. Jessee has been a bariatric surgeon since 2002, and was the first surgeon to place a lap-band in Pinellas County. She serves on the faculty at Nova Southeastern University and provides clinical training for general surgery residents through the educational program at 1205830692.
