Care Philosophy: Dr Pimiento earned his MD degree at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia. He completed a general surgery residency at Saint Mary's Health System/Affiliated Yale University School of Medicine and a Fellowship in Surgical Research in Vascular Surgery at Yale University School of Medicine. He then completed a Fellowship in Surgical Oncology and Advanced Fellowship in Surgical Oncology Research at Moffitt Cancer Center. Dr Pimiento joined Moffitt from Mercy Health Partners/Mercy Health-St. Mary's and served as the Medical Director, Surgical Oncology at the Lacks Cancer Center. Dr Pimiento's clinical interest is in malignancies of the upper gastrointestinal tract, including esophageal, gastric, pancreatic, colorectal and liver cancers.

Biography: Dr. Tiffany Jessee is one of the few fellowship trained bariatric surgeons in the state of Florida, which means she has received highly specialized training in bariatric surgery. She is also a Board Certified General Surgeon. Dr. Jessee is a member of the American Society of Bariatric Surgeons and holds the designation of Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons. In 2003, she was the first surgeon in Pinellas County, Florida to perform the Adjustable Gastric Band surgery and also performed the first minimally invasive robotic gastric sleeve procedure in Pinellas County. Dr. Jessee was awarded the Top Docs Award in Bariatric Surgery by Tampa Bay Magazine in 2019 and in 2020. In 2020 Dr. Jessee performed her 200th robotic procedure.She received her medical degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in her home state of West Virginia. Dr. Jessee completed her general surgery residency training at Sun Coast Hospital in Largo, Florida. She then traveled to Coral Gables, Florida, where she completed a one year fellowship in advanced laparoscopy and bariatric surgery. Dr. Jessee has been a bariatric surgeon since 2002, and was the first surgeon to place a lap-band in Pinellas County. She serves on the faculty at Nova Southeastern University and provides clinical training for general surgery residents through the educational program at 1205830692. Dr. Jessee is one of the few female surgeons in the world who specializes in bariatric surgery and is known for her kindness and compassion toward her patients. She works with each patient to help them identify and achieve their weight loss goals. Her patients testify that her compassionate approach helps them achieve a happier, healthier lifestyle. Care Philosophy: Dr Hodul is a Senior Member and Surgical Oncologist within the Department of Gastrointestinal Oncology and Medical Director of Nutrition at Moffitt Cancer Center. She is also a Professor in the Division of Oncologic Sciences through the University of South Florida. Previously she graduated Magna Cum Laude from Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine and completed her general surgery residency at Loyola University Medical Center. She then went on to complete both a clinical and research fellowship at Moffitt Cancer Center in Surgical Oncology. Dr Hodul's clinical practice is focused in the areas of pancreaticobiliary and gastrointestinal surgery.

Care Philosophy: Dr Amalia Stefanou is as an Assistant Member in the Department of Gastrointestinal Oncology at Moffitt Cancer Center. Dr Stefanou previously worked at Henry Ford Medical Group/Henry Ford Hospital and Wayne State University School of Medicine, where she achieved the rank of Assistant Professor. Dr Stefanou received her MD degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine, Detroit, Michigan, and she completed a Residency in General Surgery at Henry Ford Hospital, where she served as Chief Resident. Dr Stefanou then completed a Colon and Rectal Surgery Residency Training Program at Cook County Hospital/University of Illinois, Chicago.

Care Philosophy: Dr Andrew Sinnamon is a Surgical Oncologist within the Department of Gastrointestinal Oncology at Moffitt Cancer Center. He completed both medical school and General Surgery residency training at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. During residency he completed a research fellowship studying outcomes for surgical oncology patients. He also obtained a Masters in Clinical Epidemiology during this time. Dr Sinnamon then completed further fellowship training in Complex General Surgical Oncology at Moffitt, and has since joined the Department of Gastrointestinal Oncology. Dr Sinnamon's clinical interests include caring for patients with diseases of the pancreas, stomach, and esophagus.
