Biography: Shelden C. Wical, DO is a family medicine physician who earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Lake Erie College Of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA. He completed his family practice residency and internship at OUCOM/Doctors Hospital in Columbus, OH.Dr. Wical has been the team physician for Fort Loramie High School athletics since 2009. He is a member of a number of professional societies including: American Osteopathic Association, American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, Catholic Medical Association, and Tennessee Osteopathic Medical Association. Dr. Wical is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Practice in family medicine and osteopathic manipulative treatment.

Biography: Thomas R. Zink, DO graduated from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, OH. He completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, OH. He completed a shoulder and elbow fellowship at the University of Pittsburg Medical Center in Pittsburg, PA. Dr. Zink is board certified in orthopedic surgery. He is a member of several organizations including the American Osteopathic Association, American Academy of Osteopathy, National Guard Association of the United States, Ohio Osteopathic Association, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Ohio Orthopaedic Society, and the American Medical Association. Dr. Zink is a Captain in the Ohio Army National Guard. He is the team physician for Troy City Schools. He is the Upper Valley Medical Center orthopedic department chair and Upper Valley Medical Center orthopedic trauma liaison. Dr. Zink has a special interest in knee arthroscopy and replacement, and shoulder arthroscopy, anatomic, reverse, revision, and replacement surgery.

Biography: Chelsea Warner, CNP, earned her Master of Science in Nursing from University of Cincinnati in 2016. She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Mount St. Joseph in 2011. She is board certified as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner through American Nurses Credentialing Center. Chelsea has been a registered nurse since 2011. She brings 7 years nursing experience with a background in neurology, progressive care, trauma and emergency medicine.

Biography: Roxanne Robbins, APRN received her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from the University of Cincinnati in 2019. Roxanne received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City, UT in 2016 and her Associate of Science in Nursing from Edison State Community College in Piqua, OH in 2013. Roxanne is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurses Practitioners. She has been a registered nurse since 2013. She brought six years of experience as an intensive care nurse to her career as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Biography: Guillermo "Bill"Trevino, MD is a Board Certified Internal medicine physician. He is an avid believer in disease prevention. Biography: Courtney E. Barrett, CNP received her Master of Science in Nursing, Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, from Duke University in 2012. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Purdue University in 2010. Courtney is certified as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She has been a registered nurse since 2010. She brought two years' experience as a neuroscience nurse to her career as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Courtney is also a Certified Multiple Sclerosis Specialist.

Biography: Andrew Toller, PA-C earned his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training degree from Wright State University and Master of Physician Assistant degree from the University of Findlay. Mr. Toller is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), the Ohio Physician Assistants Association (OAPA), and the University of Findlay Physician Assistant Student Society (PASS). He volunteers for Findlay Habitat for Humanity, Wilson Memorial Volunteer Program, Russia High School Cross Country, and Sidney Alpha Community Center Soup Kitchen. Prior to joining Premier Orthopedics, he served as an athletic trainer for Premier Health. He is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).

Biography: Kathryn Lorenz, MD is a board certified family practice physician who earned her medical degree from the Boonshoft School of Medicine, Wright State University, Dayton, OH. She completed a family practice residency at Dayton Community Family Medicine, Dayton, OH. Dr. Lorenz joined Premier Physician Network in 2009. Dr. Lorenz received many honors during her training: Introduction to Clinical Medicine Award, Montgomery County Medical Society Alliance Scholarship, and the Ranville Scholarship. She was also a finalist for Outstanding First Year Medical Student.
