Biography: Dr. Silverman provides excellent, patient-centered care for all patients. He specializes in hip and knee replacements (arthroplasty) and resolving problems associated with hip and knee replacements such as infection and fracture. Care Philosophy: Dr. Leon Anijar is a board-certified anesthesiologist and has completed advanced subspecialty training in pain medicine. He completed his residency training at the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL and fellowship training at the internationally renowned Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL. He earned his bachelor of science at Emory University and earned his medical degree at the University of South Florida. Dr. Anijar believes that every patient deserves to live life pain-free and tailors each patient™s treatment plan to his or her specific needs. Dr. Anijar offers the full spectrum of pain medicine services ranging from holistic medical treatments to minimally invasive pain procedures. He has extensive experience treating a variety of pain conditions including axial low back pain, cervical neck pain, lumbar radiculopathy, complex regional pain syndrome, and neuropathic pain. He has a special interest in spinal cord stimulation, spinal stenosis treatments, and interspinous drug delivery systems and is excited to bring his skillset home to South Florida.


Biography: Chane Price, M.D., is a board-certified physical medicine and rehabilitation and pain management physician at Baptist Health Miami Neuroscience Institute. He specializes in nonsurgical spine care, minimally invasive spine care and interventional pain management.With the goal of relieving a patients chronic neck or lower back pain and returning functional abilities, Dr. Price performs such procedures as spinal cord stimulation, spinal cord stimulator implantation, nerve blocks, radiofrequency nerve ablation, kyphoplasty, image-guided injections, such as cervical and lumbar epidurals, and neuromodulation therapies.Prior to joining Baptist Health, Dr. Price served as an assistant professor at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in the departments of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation as well as Neurological Surgery. Additionally, he was on staff at Jackson Health System and the University of Miami Hospitals and Clinics.Dr. Price earned his medical degree at Chicago Medical School, Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science and a Master of Science degree in Biological Sciences at Tennessee State University. He served as chief resident during a physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital. He also completed a fellowship in anesthesiology at the same healthcare system. Dr. Price is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in physical medicine and rehabilitation as well as in pain medicine. He is a member of several professional organizations. Embracing a care philosophy that distinguishes him from other pain management physicians, Dr. Price focuses on treating the root of a patients problem. He listens intently to his patients to understand their pain, physical limitations and goals. He reviews his patients medical history, analyzes previous diagnostic studies and performs a comprehensive physical examination to make a diagnosis and create an individualized treatment plan that will achieve the best outcomes. When he is not treating patients, Dr. Price enjoys reading and relaxing with family and friends as well as participating in a variety of outdoor activities, including basketball, volleyball, soccer, swimming and other water sports.
