I employ a conservative approach to treatment of all spinal conditions, exhausting all non-surgical options where appropriate. Through my neurosurgical training, I take all efforts to maximize and stabilize neurological function and recovery where it has been compromised. After being born and raised here in the DFW Metroplex, it is an honor and a privilege to come back and serve the greater Arlington community in this capacity.

Biography: This physician is accepting telehealth visits. Jose Reyna, MD is a board-certified, fellowship trained spine surgeon. Dr. Reyna attended medical school at the University of California San Diego and completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. Dr. Reyna has 20 years' experience and spent 6 years in academic medicine where he diagnosed and treated challenging cases involving all parts of the spine.Dr. Reyna also has extensive experience treating the more typical spine problems seen in adults such as disc herniation, degenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis, and spondylothesis. In his free time, Dr. Reyna enjoys playing racquetball, writing, photography, and spending time with his wife and kids.
