Dr. Presley completed medical training at Midwestern University and the University of Louisville. He holds active memberships in the American Academy of Hip and Knee Surgeons, American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics. He is also an assistant professor of orthopedics at Kansas City University.
