Care Philosophy: David DiPiazza, M.D., is certified with the American Board of Urology since 2006. He is the only Urologist in Pinellas and Pasco who is also Board Certified in Urogynecology. In 2010 he was Chief of Surgery. He completed his undergraduate training with honors of cum laude at Cornell University. His residency training included: Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, The Cancer Institute of New Jersey and Princeton Medical Center. With 6 years of formal surgical training in New Jersey his experience includes all aspects of Urologic cancer, male and female urology, and robotic surgery. He takes care of diverse problems: from male problems with urination (BPH) to female overactive bladder (OAB) and urinary incontinence to kidney stones, UTI s and male and female Urologic cancer. He also performs a no needle no scalpel vasectomy in the office. Dr. DiPiazza was the first Urologist to break new ground in the use of the da Vinic Robotic Surgical System in Pasco County. Dr. DiPiazza performs robotic sacrocolpopexy for pelvic organ prolapse (dropped bladder or rectum), prostatectomy, partial nephrectomy, radical cystectomy, and many other surgeries using the robot. Biography: Dr. Jonathan Pavlinec, MD, a native of Florida, is one of few Endourological Society fellowship-trained urologists in the southeast with dual advanced training in robotic/laparoscopic surgery and endourology/stone disease. He graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a degree in Microbiology. He attended the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine, He was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and graduated at the top of his medical school class. He then completed his surgical training at UF Health Shands Hospital at the University of Florida. During his residency, he received numerous honors including the UF College of Medicine/Society of Teaching Scholars Outstanding Resident Educator Award. He also was a three-time recipient of the annual UF Department of Urology Academic Excellence Award. Following his graduation, he scored in the highest tier of The American Board of Urology Qualifying Exam and remained at UF for fellowship. While completing his fellowship, Dr. Pavlinec gained advanced training in complex robotic and laparoscopic urologic procedures, specifically in the areas of prostate and kidney surgery. He held Staff/Attending Urologist privileges at UF Health Shands Hospital and the Malcom Randall VA Medical Center as part of an adjunct-faculty appointment in the Department of Urology. In this role, his practice included many of the most challenging urologic conditions in the southeast, with an emphasis on complex kidney stone management. His commitment to patient-centered care and clinical/surgical excellence was recognized as he was peer-elected to the UF Chapter of the Arnold P. Gold Humanism in Medicine Honor Society at the conclusion of his UF appointment. His research has been published in several major urologic journals and textbooks in the areas of prostate cancer, kidney cancer, urologic reconstruction and kidney stone disease. He has also presented at numerous national and international urologic conferences, and his fellowship project studying kidney stone formation was awarded second place in the national Endourological Society Essay Contest.

He completed a Urologic Residency at Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri anda Urologic Oncology Fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York. Dr Manley's clinical practice centers on malignant tumors of the prostate, kidneys, bladder and testis. Using a variety of surgical techniques, including robotic and open surgery, he supports the comprehensive treatment plans for patients with genitourinary cancers at Moffitt.
