Her inspiration to work in mental health came from witnessing how meaningful improvements can significantly enhance a person’s quality of life—from their relationships and ability to function at home or work to enjoying hobbies and daily activities. Jessica enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her energetic but sweet dog. She also loves baking, cooking, and spending time outdoors whenever possible.

Biography: Kelli firmly believes that someone can create a life worth living for themselves. She helps people through medication, psychotherapy, or a combination of both. Kelli understands that life can be very difficult, but the key is finding meaning in your day-to-day experience and pockets of humor, joy, and happiness where possible. She is passionate about reducing the stigma surrounding mental health challenges and increasing access to quality mental health care for everyone who needs it.

Biography: Lauren helps individuals feel cared for, understood and encouraged to reach their full potential. She provides medication management, mindfulness techniques, and lifestyle modifications, including diet and exercise. Lauren has a holistic approach to care and believes a suitable treatment plan is one the patient can agree to and follow. She strives to educate patients with appropriate options so they can make informed decisions. When Lauren isn’t working, you can find her on her mini-farm gardening, playing with chickens, or hiking with her family and golden retriever.

His overall care philosophy and objective for his patients is to use his medical knowledge and experience while collaborating with the whole psychiatric collaborative team to treat and manage patient needs. Matthew is passionate about meeting his patients’ needs and helping them help themselves. He wants to show that together, both can make a difference in each other’s lives for the better of the community. Matthew understands this field requires tenderness and sensitivity to unmask the underlying conscious or subconscious psychiatric or psychological issue. He has an extensive medical background in physiology, pathophysiology, and pharmacology.
