Biography: William Egan, M.D., is a surgeon at ChristianaCare specializing in general surgery. He joined ChristianaCare most recently from a general surgery practice in Wilmington, Delaware. He joined Christiana Care most recently from a general surgery practice in Newark, Delaware. He is board certified in general surgery by the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Mindadze earned his medical degree from Moscow Institute of Medicine and Dentistry in Moscow, Russia. He completed his surgical training in general and vascular surgery at All-Union Scientific Center of Surgery of The USSR Academy of Medical Sciences, where he obtained Ph.D. degree. After moving to the USA he completed a residency in general surgery at Christiana Care Health System . Dr. Mindadze is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and a member of the American Society of Delaware and the National Geographic Society.

Care Philosophy: My practice involves a holistic approach that takes into account the patient's overall medical and physical health and the body's natural ability to heal itself combined with the judicious application of surgery for surgical diseases. I diagnose and treat patients with a wide variety of surgical diseases, including appendicitis, gallbladder disease, hernias, pilonidal cysts, inflammatory and neoplastic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, soft tissue cysts, abscesses and wounds, diseases of the anus and rectum and breast conditions, including breast cancer. My surgical approach involves a minimally invasive approach where possible and recently has expanded to include robotic surgery. Each patient is unique and I tailor my treatment plan for each patient with that fact in mind.

Biography: Dr. Rubino is Divison Head for Surgical Services at ChristianaCare, and Clinical Director for Surgical Services for the Medical Group of ChristianaCare. He practices at Christiana and Wilmington Hospitals and his elective general surgery practice is based out of the Wilmington Health Center. Dr. Rubino is board-certified in general surgery by the American Board of Surgery. He specializes in general and minimally invasive surgery, including gallbladder removal, hernia repair, bowel and colon surgery, peritoneal dialysis catheter insertion, skin and soft tissue surgery. Dr. Rubino earned his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, and holds a faculty appointment as Assistant Clinical Professor of Surgery from Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University. He completed his general surgery residency at ChristianaCare, and has been in practice in Delaware since graduating. He is an active leader in surgical education and currently serves as the Associate Program Director for the General Surgery Residency Program. Dr. Rubino is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, New Castle County Representative and a member of the Delaware Chapter of the ACS, and a member of the Association of Program Directors in Surgery.

Biography: Bradley J. Mudge, D.O., FACS, is a board-certified general surgeon. He specializes in general and minimally invasive surgery, as well as breast surgery and wound care. Dr. Mudge graduated from Penn State University, earned his medical degree at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency in surgery at the Mercy Catholic Medical Center. After completing his residency, Dr. Mudge worked for many years at Evangelical Hospital in central Pennsylvania. Dr. Mudge was hired on staff at ChristianaCare as a member of the Emergency General Surgery and General Surgery Services teams. He is an active member and fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Mudge's interests are to continue to provide strong, patient-centered care while serving as a mentor for medical students and surgical residents.
