Dr. Gibson treats a broad spectrum of colon and rectal conditions such as hemorrhoids, anal pain, pilonidal disease, fecal incontinence, rectal prolapse, diverticulitis, colon cancer and rectal cancer. He performs minimally invasive (keyhole) surgery including robotic procedures. Dr. Gibson also performs colonoscopies for screening and surveillance of colorectal cancer. She went on to complete her internship as well as residency in general surgery at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. She is fellowship-trained in colorectal surgery at the Cleveland Clinic. She has completed her undergraduate studies at Brown University. Dr. DeLeon is trained in advanced surgical techniques including robotic surgery, laparoscopic surgery and transanal minimally invasive surgery (TAMIS).
