Biography: I started practicing in Langhorne in 1985 with my father who was also a family physician. We were a father /son practice until his retirement at the age of 70 years old. I have been in solo practice since then and enjoy new and existing patients. I truly care about my patients well being and coordination of care. Biography: John Petolillo, Jr., DO, MBA, has been a practicing orthopedic surgeon for more than 20 years and is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Albright College in Reading, PA and in 1992, he obtained his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Following medical school, Dr. Petolillo completed his internship and orthopedic surgical residency at the Hospitals of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he also served as Chief Resident in his senior year. In 2018, Dr. Petolillo earned his M.B.A. (Master of Business Administration) from Temple University's Fox School of Business in Philadelphia, PA. In 2006, Dr. Petolillo was part of the orthopedic medical staff for the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament in Philadelphia. He is an Orthopaedic residency trainer for the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and also serves as orthopaedic consultant for two local high schools. He is a member of American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics, the Pennsylvania Orthopaedic Society, the Philadelphia Orthopaedic Society, the American Osteopathic Association and the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association. Dr. Petolillo's wide ranging expertise includes adult reconstructive surgery of the hip and knee, arthroscopic surgery and fracture surgery.
