Care Philosophy: Dr. Lyadova is a board-certified family physician whose practice includes patients of all ages and genders, acute and chronic diseases and preventive care. Her goal has always been to become the physician she would want her family to have.

Care Philosophy: I enjoy working in all areas of orthopedics, but especially enjoy treating shoulder and elbow injuries. I find it gratifying to see highly motivated athletes and non-athletes alike return to pain-free activity. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling to northern Minnesota's lake country to fish.

Biography: I chose family practice because it allows me to establish a long-term relationship with my patients. Also, it allows me to be involved in every aspect of my patients' care while still keeping up-to-date in all areas of medicine. Care Philosophy: I am a member of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS) and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS). I completed a fellowship in Adult Reconstructive Surgery and Joint Replacement at Virginia Tech/Carilion Clinic. My training focused on anterior hip replacements, knee replacements, and complex hip and knee revision surgery.
