Biography: Dr. Chelnis is recognized as a 2020 Top Doctor, Best Plastic Surgeon, and Super Doctors Rising Star with a special focus around your most prominent facial feature- your eyes! Dr. Chelnis serves as a cosmetic and functional surgeon and treats patients of all ages, from birth onward. He is trained in oculoplastics and ophthalmology. He completed his fellowship subspecialty training at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and University of Tennessee.
