Care Philosophy: In addition to orthopedic surgery residency, I underwent an additional year of hand and upper extremity fellowship training. This allows me to confidently treat all conditions of the upper extremity, from the shoulder to the fingertip. I particularly enjoy the increased variety of problems that occur within the field of upper extremity surgery. This includes fractures, soft tissue trauma, nerve issues and degenerative arthritis of the numerous joints of the upper extremity, including the shoulder joint. I believe that every problem, no matter how simple or complex, deserves expert care. In delivering the best care, I feel it's important to treat each patient as I would want one of my own family members treated.

Biography: I take a holistic approach to practicing all facets of medicine. More specifically, I form partnerships with patients to help them achieve their health care goals. I enjoy managing acute and chronic health care problems. I also enjoy working with a variety of patients with a particular emphasis in adult medicine.
