Biography: Dr. Lilian Evans is a family physician who enjoys the full spectrum of family medicine, ranging from pediatric to adult patient care. In addition, she is pleased to offer her patients a variety of cosmetic services and procedures, including Botox and dermal fillers. Dr. Evans enjoys caring for each of her patients physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Biography: Dr. David Small Jr, MD is a Family Practitioner who practices in Charlotte, NC. He is 44 years old and has been practicing for 14 years. Dr. David Small Jr, MD is affiliated with Novant Health Huntersville Medical Center.

Care Philosophy: Cynthia Davis (Cindy) joined Carroll Medical Group in 2013. As a Certified Nurse Practitioner, she sees patients of all ages and enjoys providing comprehensive care. She is highly committed to patient advocacy, and her patients also appreciate her practical approach to care. They find comfort in her desire to create attainable care plans that accommodate each person's physical, emotional and economic situations. Cindy Davis earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree from Syracuse University in New York and later completed her Masters of Nursing degree at Coppin State University. She is Board Certified in Family Practice. As a champion of further education, Cynthia Davis regularly precepts students and encourages them to carefully analyze patient care from all perspectives. Cindy Davis has a broad appreciation for world cultures and has visited India, China, and Egypt. At home, she enjoys cultivating her floral garden, and coworkers enjoy the beautiful bouquets she frequently brings to the office. She is currently accepting new patients of all ages.
