Care Philosophy: We strive to stimulate the body to heal itself, whether with image guided injections of a person's own blood and tissue derived cells, prolotherapy injections, osteopathic manipulation, physical therapy and exercise prescription, and nutritional approaches. We avoid medications and procedures that suppress, damage, or substitute for normal body functions, such as corticosteroid injections, anti-inflammatory medications, and surgery (when possible). We spend time with patients, typically 60-90 minutes with the physician for new patients, in order to fully understand and examine the area of concern and connected areas above and below the presenting problem.

Biography: Ray Wilt, III, DO, is a family practice physician with Appledore Primary Care in Rochester, New Hampshire. Dr. Wilt graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his family practice residency at Mercy Suburban Hospital in Norristown, Pennsylvania. Prior to his graduate studies, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Ursinus College and was certified as an operating room nursing assistant through Wellspan Health and York Hospital. Dr. Wilt is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and an active member of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. He has served on the Physician Advisory Committee for six years and previously was the Chairman of the Department of Ambulatory Medicine for two years. When not seeing patients, Dr. Wilt enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, cars, and skiing.
