Biography: Dr. Gramling is a graduate of Donetsk State Medical University in Ukraine. She completed her residency training in rheumatology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Dr. Gramling has special areas of interest in rheumatoid arthritis, gout, lupus, vasculitis and osteoporosis. She is board-certified in internal medicine and rheumatology.

Care Philosophy: ``My philosophy of care largely revolves around preventing illness. So much is related to a child's diet, their sleep and their interactions with other people, so I like to talk a lot about those issues and to hopefully prevent them from later coming in for a sick visit.``
