Dr. Lassaletta previously served as the division chief of Thoracic Surgery and director of Surgical Robotic Education at Tufts Medical Center and assistant professor of Surgery at Tufts University School of Medicine. He has received countless awards and honors, most recently named a "Top Doctor" in thoracic and cardiac surgery in Boston Magazine and with Castle Connolly. Dr. Lassaletta has performed and presented extensive research on topics including surgical robotics, advancement of surgical technology, novel techniques, and surgical education.When not seeing patients, he enjoys peacefully living in Southern Maine, traveling as much as possible, and skiing when the conditions are good.
