Biography: Francesca Delach, MD is a fellowship trained Breast Surgeon practicing in Suburban Philadelphia. She is affiliated with Abington Hospital - Jefferson Health and Abington - Lansdale Hospital - Jefferson Health. Dr. Delach is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and specializes in breast surgery, breast surgical oncology and general surgery. Dr. Delach earned her medical degree from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA in Los Angeles, CA. She completed her general surgery residency at Abington – Jefferson Health, and her breast surgery fellowship at Bryn Mawr Hospital. She has experience in clinical research on topics including breast cancer, sentinel node metastasis, partial breast radiation, outcomes in post-mastectomy radiation and oncologist breast reconstruction. A childhood experience inspired Dr. Delach to specialize in breast oncology.
