Care Philosophy: I began my career in mental healthcare as a staff nurse in a psychiatric inpatient hospital. Driven by a desire to provide the highest quality of care, I pursued further education and earned my MSN as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), graduating in December 2019. Since then, I have worked in outpatient, inpatient, and partial hospitalization program (PHP) settings as a PMHNP. I treat adult patients aged 18 and older with conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, and bipolar disorder. I use my comprehensive training and expertise to find the most effective solutions for my patients. I have also created and delivered presentations to state and national nursing organizations on topics such as medical mimics of psychiatric disorders and the connection between childhood trauma and adult illness. These insights, from the simplest to the most complex cases, directly inform my approach to patient care.

Care Philosophy: I currently accept patients ages 5 through 20 and have a particular interest and expertise in treating anxiety-related conditions, including, but not limited to, generalized anxiety, separation anxiety, panic disorder, and OCD. Additionally, I have extensive training and experience in treating a wide range of other psychiatric diagnoses. I am passionate about providing holistic care and recognize the critical connection between physical and mental wellness. I look forward to offering a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment for you to seek care.
