Care Philosophy: Dr. Schor is the Director of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery at Staten Island University Hospital and an Associate Professor of Surgery at Hofstra/Northwell School of Medicine. Dr. Schor is interested in the treatment of peripheral vascular disease, venous disease and abdominal aortic aneurysm. Dr. Schor is a member of Society of Vascular Surgery, Eastern Vascular Society, American Venous Forum, and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has a research interest in the surgical management of DVT and treatment of PVD. Dr. Schor is a principal investigator for a number of National Institute of Health (NIH) sponsored clinical research trials, and his research has been presented at both local and national meetings.
