Biography: Natalie Smith, CNP, received her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner in 2019 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2016, both from Indiana East University. Natalie completed her Associate Degree in Nursing from Sinclair Community College in 2011. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has been a registered nurse since 2011.

Biography: Malcolm Steiner, MD is a 1977 University of Michigan graduate, and he earned his medical degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1981. He completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Cincinnati in 1984. He completed his endocrinology and metabolism from George Washington University in 1986, which is the same year he started practicing medicine. Dr. Steiner is the founder and medical director of the Diabetes Wellness Center of Atrium Medical Center (Atrium). He also oversees the inpatient Glycemic Control Team at the hospital. He also is the founder and medical director of the Middletown Osteoporosis Center. With an active interest in thyroid disorders, including nodules, cancer, hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism, Dr. Steiner performs several hundred Ultrasound Guided Fine Needle Aspiration thyroid biopsies of thyroid masses each year. He is certified to treat thyroid cancer and hyperthyroidism and to administer I 131. Dr. Steiner is a fellow of the American College of Endocrinology, and he is a member of The Endocrine Society and The American Diabetes Association. He is a member of the Butler County Medical Society, and previously served as president, vice president and treasurer. He has been on the medical executive committees of various local hospitals, including Atrium, for the last 20 years. He also serves on various quality control committees. Dr. Steiner is board certified in Endocrinology. Dr. Steiner is accepting new patients and continues to practice endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism. Biography: Meredith Clouse, MD is a graduate of the University of Louisville School of Medicine in Louisville, KY. She completed her neurology residency at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Dr. Clouse completed an epilepsy fellowship at the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, OH. She is a member of the American Epilepsy Society, American Academy of Neurology, and American Medical Association.

Biography: Charlotte Orr, MD is an orthopedictraumasurgeon in Dayton. She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College ofMedicine in Lexington, KY. She completed her orthopedic surgery residency at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, NM. Dr. Orr is board certified in Orthopedic Surgery by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. She is a member of several professional organizations including American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Orthopaedic Trauma Association, and the Ruth Jackson Orthopaedic Society.

Biography: Ania Pollack, MD, is a graduate of the University of Chicago Pritzker College of Medicine and completed her neurological surgery residency at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. She completed a fellowship in skullbase surgery and neuro-oncology at Northwestern Memorial. Dr. Pollack is board certified in neurological surgery. She recently served as an associate professor in the departments of neurological surgery and otolaryngology at the University of Kansas School Of Medicine and conducts research in the treatment of brain tumors.
