Biography: Dr. Huang is a fellowship-trained abdominal organ transplant surgeon. and is board certified by the American Board of Surgery. He earned his medical degree at Washington University in St. Louis, MO and completed his residency at the University of South Florida in Tampa. Dr. Huang then went on to complete a fellowship with the LifeLink Transplant Institute in Tampa. He currently serves as the surgical director of renal transplantation for Tampa General Medical Group and is the vice chief of general surgery at Tampa General Hospital. Dr. Huang also holds an affiliate assistant professor appointment from the USF Health Morsani College of Medicine, department of surgery. He is a general surgeon formally trained in the subspecialty of endocrine surgery at Yale University where he worked closely with Dr. Tobias Carling. As Dr. Carling says Drew is the best of the best and wherever I go, I want Drew at my side. He is one of the best surgeons I have ever met. After spending a week with Dr. Norman, he agrees Few surgeons have the hands that Drew has and after I saw him operate, I knew we had to have him on our team. Dr. Rhodes received his general surgery training at Mercy Catholic Medical Center in Philadelphia prior to fellowship training at Yale. He had a decorated military career spending 5 years as a surgeon at Walter Reed Medical Center in Washington, DC. He was the Director of the Endocrine Center at HCA North Carolina for 4 years until joining the Dream Team in Tampa in 2020. Drew is married and has an 8 year-old boy and a 4 year-old girl.

Biography: Dr. Cesar Reategui Sanchez is board certified by the American Board of Surgery in General Surgery. He is fellowship trained in Colorectal Surgery and Surgical Oncology. Dr. Reategui Sanchez has a special interest and expertise in robotic and laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of colon and rectal cancer, diverticulitis and inflammatory bowel disease. Our office specializes in general surgery and surgical oncology. Our office welcomes new patients and accepts most insurance plans.

Biography: Dr. Oppenheimer is a Board-Certified General Surgeon specializing in weight loss surgery and minimally invasive interventions and has been in surgical practice more than 10 years. His main interests include treating patients with morbid obesity, GERD, and hernias. Dr. Oppenheimer also centers focus on malignancies of the gastro-intestinal tract, including gastric and colon cancer, as well as caring for patients with breast cancer and melanoma. His compromise is to develop new treatment strategies tailored individually for patients to provide high quality patient centered care that is compassionate and personalized.
